If you want to rent equipment here’s all you need to do:

  1. Once you decide what you're interested in, fill out out customer profile form or call or text Adrien at 412-474-2599. Please note that we don’t hold traditional business hours, everything is done by appointment only.
  2. Be sure to look over our payment information, limited damage waiver option, and shipping policy.
  3. Decide whether or not you want to become a member.  There's no cost to start and it offers a lot of benefits including special pricing and discounts. You do not have to be a member to rent from us, it is simply an option if you rent frequently.
  4. Once we've determined what solution will work best for you, we will e-mail you a quote.  (This price includes all applicable taxes and fees)
    • The biggest question we get is "what happens if it breaks while I have it".  The contract specifies that if you break it, you pay for the repair.  However, if something happens that could have happened at any time and there is no sign of negligence or abuse (like if the autofocus motor fails) you are not responsible for the damage.
  5. You then can arrange appointment times to pick up and return the gear. 
  6. At pick up, you must have a valid driver’s license/photo ID (that we will take a picture of) and pre-pay the full amount.

  7. That’s it!
