Pricing Details

To figure out how much a rental would cost you the easiest thing to do is to contact us directly with the dates and items you're interested in renting and we’ll e-mail or call you back with a quote.

Time-Frame Information (Or, what does a day mean?)

  • A one-day rental means pick-up and return within 24 hours.  So you can pick up on Friday night and return by the same time on Saturday and that's one day.
  • A two-day rental means pick-up and return within 48 hours.  So you can pick up on Friday night and return Sunday morning and that's two days.
  • A three-day rental means pick-up and return within 72 hours.  So you can pick up on Friday morning and return on Sunday afternoon or evening.

Pricing Information:

You only pay full price for the first item! Each additional item receives a $20 discount.

  • Each item has a price for a given number of days.  For example our Canon 5D Mark III is $92 for two days (pickup and return within 48 hours)
    • Therefore to rent the 5D Mark III for 2 days would be $92. The final total with 7% sales tax would come to $98.
    • To rent multiple items, you would then subtract $20 for each additional item.  For example, to rent the 5D Mark III, plus the Canon 24-70 and 70-200 for two days would total as follows:

                 5DIII $92 + Canon 24-70 ($67-$20) + Canon 70-200 ($74-$20) =

                 $92 + $47 + $54 =  $193 (plus tax)

  • If you rent for a longer period of time the cost per day gets lower and lower.
